To receive the best trade-in estimate your device must be able to tick off all the below criteria.
If your device doesn’t qualify for trade-in you can still recycle it with us. And during the promotional period you will also get the top-up credit against your new device.
We can accept the following types of items for recycling: mobile phones, tables, laptops, desktops.
We can only accept 1 recycling device per sale. Device acceptance is at the store discretion. e.g. not of the above device type or dangerous damage to battery.
Recycling is only available in-store.
Follow the Online trade-in calculator link and you will be guided through the process. You will be given a pre-paid shipping label and kept updated through each step of the process.
You will have the option to request the return of your device.
Yes.
In-store: We will apply the credit before starting your agreement.
Online: We will credit your agreement after it has been processed with your trade-in value.
There may be rare occasions with high value trade-ins and Easy Upgrade where we cannot apply the full value of your trade-in due to how it affects the finance agreement. Online customers will be credited to the highest value possible on their finance agreement before given an online voucher for the remaining. In-store customers will be offered different options from changing the length and type of finance agreement to adding additional accessories.
