We are an Apple Premium Reseller and Apple Authorised Service Provider with over 35 years experience in supplying Apple products, services and solutions to customers. With 10 iStores across the UK we are a leading Apple Premium Reseller and supply the full range of Apple products and accessories.

What we want from you

We’re looking for enthusiastic team members to provide hands-on demos, excellent customer service and deep product knowledge. We understand the benefit of staff training and with our ties with Apple, ensure all our staff learn and pass the right qualifications – be it in Sales or Technical. So what we require from you is a can do attitude. If you have a love for learning and a passion for technology you could be just the person we’re after.

The Roles

We have two main strands of specialism: Sales and Repair.

Sales Assistant

This role is perfect if you’re a people person and passionate about sharing your knowledge of Apple products. You’ll have meaningful interactions, offering customised solutions and turning curious visitors into loyal customers.

Key skills:

  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences in an active environment and enjoy personal interaction.
  • Strong interest in technology, particularly Apple products, and agility at learning new products and features.
  • Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
  • An understanding of the importance of great store presentation and merchandising.

Repair Technician

Do you get a real buzz from solving hands-on problems? Our Technician role lets you get Apple certified whilst earning and learning on the job. You’ll gain satisfaction from getting Apple products back to working how they should.

Key skills:

  • Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
  • Strong admin skills and an ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
  • Ability to qualify as an Apple Certified Mac and iOS Technician.
