How Mail In Repairs Work

The Process

1) You need to read the below information, and fill out this form. Once you have filled out the form you will be required to pay a £45 service fee for both in and out of warranty repairs, which includes full diagnostics and insured return shipping .

2) You send the device to one of our UK repair centres (full details are sent by email after payment)

3) We carry out an inspection/diagnostics

4) Repair costs are quoted as needed. (No additional charges for Warranty Repairs)

5) Parts/replacement is ordered from Apple as needed

6) The device is returned to you via our fully insured courier company

We Endeavour to have your device repaired in 5 working days.*
