We are an Apple Authorised Service Provider. Our technicians are Apple-trained, so you can trust us with all your Apple devices. We use genuine Apple parts to deliver Apple-certified repairs. Our repairs are guaranteed for 90 days or the remaining termof your Apple warranty or AppleCare+ coverage, whichever is longer.

2. AppleCare+ coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date. Accidental damage means physical damage from handling due to unexpected and unintentional events.
3. Service coverage is available only for iPad and its original included accessories, plus one compatible Apple Pencil and one compatible Apple‑branded iPad keyboard used with your iPad, or for batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity. Each incident of accidental damage protection is subject to an excess fee. For all iPad mini (A17 Pro), 11‑inch iPad Pro (M4), 13‑inch iPad Pro (M4), 11‑inch iPad Air (M2) and 13‑inch iPad Air (M2) models, the excess fee is £25 for screen repair and £79 for all other accidental damage. The excess fee for accidental damage to all other iPad models is £39. The screen repair excess fee is only available on iPad mini (A17 Pro), 11‑inch iPad Pro (M4), 13‑inch iPad Pro (M4), 11‑inch iPad Air (M2) and 13‑inch iPad Air (M2) iPad models and when there is no other damage present. The excess fee for Apple Pencil or Apple‑branded iPad keyboard is £25. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
4. For international service, Apple may service your iPad with a comparable iPad model or parts that comply with local standards. Service options and fees may vary.
5. Availability of each option depends on country or region in which service is requested and location of Apple Authorised Service Provider. Service coverage may be subject to certain restrictions.

Mac repair costs can vary significantly depending on the issue, model, and required parts, which is why we can’t provide an accurate estimate without inspecting your device first.
We charge a £45 inspection fee, covering the initial diagnostic, troubleshooting, and evaluation carried out by our Apple-certified technicians.
If you proceed with the repair, an additional charge of £45 may apply for labour and parts fitting.
Should you choose to upgrade to a new Mac instead, the £45 fee will be credited towards your purchase within 14 days.
Please note, the inspection fee is non-refundable if you choose not to go ahead with a repair or upgrade.
